Situation: Gina and Sara are talking about their last experience of their holiday last semester. And also, they are talking about their planning for their holiday of next semester. Let’s find out!
(Situasi: Gina dan Sara berbincang tentang pengalaman terakhir mereka di liburan mereka semester lalu. Dan juga, mereka berbincang tentang perencanaan mereka untuk liburan mereka di semester berikutnya. Mari kita cari tahu!)

Gina: Hi, Sara. You look so happy.
(Gina: Hi, Sara. Kau tampak begitu bahagia.)

Sara: Hi, Gina. So do you.
(Sara: Hi, Gina. Begitu juga kamu.)

Gina: How was your holiday?
(Gina: Bagaimana liburanmu?)

Sara: It was fantastic. How about you?
(Sara: Itu fantastis. Bagaimana dengan kamu?)

Gina: It was so amazing. I visited my grandma in a village of Merapi. It is located in Jogja. Did you know? It was so quite silent at night.
(Gina: Itu sangat menakjubkan. Aku mengunjungi nenek saya di sebuah desa Merapi. Itu terletak di Jogja. Tahukah kamu? Itu sangat cukup sunyi di malam hari.)

Sara: Wow! Did you go to Merapi Mountain?
(Sara: Wow! Apakah kamu pergi di Gunung Merapi?)

Gina: Yes, I did. But it was so dangerous at that time. I was suggested to see from a safe location.
(Gina: Ya. Tapi sangat berbahaya pada waktu itu. Aku disarankan untuk melihat dari lokasi yang aman.)

Sara: That was too bad. Did you go to Malioboro Street at night?

Gina: Absolutely! It was the greatest moment at night. It was so crowded. I can’t describe it by the words. And guess what??? I bought you something at there. Here you go. This is for you.

Gina: You are welcome. One more thing, I had experience in Borobudur Temple. It is so an ancient temple in Indonesia. You must go there if you visit Jogja. So, tell me what was your experiences during your holiday last semester?
(Gina: Sama-sama. Satu hal lagi, aku punya pengalaman di Candi Borobudur. Itu sebuah kuil yang sangat kuno di Indonesia. Kamu harus pergi ke sana jika kamu mengunjungi Jogja. Jadi, katakan padaku apa pengalamanmu di liburanmu semester lalu?)

Sara: I didn’t go anywhere.
(Sara: Aku tidak pergi ke mana pun.)

Gina: Oh, my dear. That wasn’t good.
(Gina: Oh, teman. Itu menyedihkan.)

Sara: Yeah. It wasn’t good. But I and my sister went to a local beach. We played sand castle. We swam in the warm water. It wasn’t bad at all.
(Sara: Ya. Itu tidak baik. Tapi aku dan adikku pergi ke pantai setempat. Kami bermain istana pasir. Kami berenang di air hangat. Itu tidak buruk sama sekali.)

Gina: Really? That was good. Did you enjoy it?

Sara: Yes, I did. I bought some souvenirs. This one is for you.

Gina: By the way. What is your plan for next holiday?

Sara: My mom will go to Bali. If she has enough money, I will be invited because you know that a ticket to Bali is expensive.
(Sara: Ibuku akan pergi ke Bali. Jika dia memiliki cukup uang, saya akan diajak karena kamu tahu bahwa tiket ke Bali mahal.)

Gina: Oh boy… Yeah. I agree with that. It’s so expensive. But you can save your money.

Gina: I will go to Maluku. There are 7 beautiful beaches. It is my dream, and sooner it will come true.
