Hal ini terbukti dalam Kurikulum dan Satuan Ajar Pendidikan dimana setiap peserta didik dituntut untuk bisa menceritakan sebuah kisah, dongeng atau pun cerita dalam bentuk tulisan. Pemahaman Narrative Text
Narrative Text is an imaginative story to entertain people (sebuah cerita imajinasi untuk menghibur orang).
Saya akan menyimpulkan dari kaca mata dan sudut pandang saya mengenai Narrative Text.
Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa Narrative Text adalah sebuah teks yang berisi tentang kisah cerita dalam tulisan yang memiliki beberapa rangkaian peristiwa yang saling berhubungan.
Rangkaian cerita tersebut dapat anda pahami dalam penjelasan berikut ini mengenai Generic Structure.
Generic Structure of Narrative Text
1. Orientation
It is about the opening paragraph where the characters in the story are introduced.
Dalam penjelasan tentang Orientation ada beberapa garis bawah yang akan membantu anda memahami bagaimana cara membuat sebuah Orientation.
Hal yang pertama yang harus anda tulis dalam sebuah cerita Narrative Text adalah:
Anda perkenalkan terlebih dahulu mengenai tokoh dan karakter masing-masing, lalu berikutnya adalah setting atau tempat dan waktu terjadinya sebuah cerita tersebut.
Hidup ini merupakan sebuah panggung sandiwara dimana setiap kita memiliki peranan dalam topeng masing-masing.
Contoh berikut merupakan tahap pengenalan/ Orientation. Hal ini bertujuan agar pembaca dapat mengenal terlebih dahulu tentang tokoh-tokoh dalam kisah cerita tersebut dengan maksud agar pembaca dapat menggunakan daya imajinasi mereka masing-masing mengenai latar belakang tempat dan kejadian, karena setiap pembaca memiliki persepsi yang berbeda antara yang satu dan yang lain.
Berikut ini adalah penerapan tulisan dalam Narative Text

2. Complication
Where the problems in the story developed.
Dalam tahap ini akan banyak sekali tulisan-tulisan tentang permasalahan yang muncul ke permukaan.
Karena hidup ini penuh warna, ada saatnya kita jatuh cinta dan pastinya akan ada pula saat untuk patah hati. Ini hanya masalah waktu saja. Tetapi memang seperti itu lah kehidupan yang kita jalani di dunia ini. Roda terus berputar dan detik pun terus bergerak maju. Pada saat ini mengalami duka yang dalam, tetapi ingat! Badai pasti berlalu dan duka pun akan menjadi suka yang tak kan pernah mampu dibayar oleh materi. Tetap semangat menjalani hidup ini. Karena hidup hanya sekali dan itu pun tak akan lama so Do Your Best Shot!
Saya akan meneruskan cerita di atas untuk bagian ke-2 ini yaitu Complication.

Wayne attended Luthor’s party at LexCorp, where he met mysterious antique dealer Diana Prince and retrieved data from the company’s mainframe. While decrypting the drive at the Batcave, Wayne had a dream of a post-apocalyptic world, where he guided a group of rebels against Superman. He was snapped out of the dream by an unidentified time traveler, who warned him of Lane’s crucial role in the distant future, and urged him to find “the others”. Wayne later realized that Luthor was not only experimenting with Kryptonite but also investigating metahumans. One of them was Prince herself, who was an immortal warrior. Wayne admitted to Alfred Pennyworth that he planned to steal the Kryptonite to weaponize it, should it become necessary to fight Superman.
Luthor orchestrated a bombing at a congressional hearing where Finch was questioning Superman on the validity of his actions, which had resulted in deaths of civilians. The bomb killed dozens of people, including Finch. Frustrated by his failure to save people, Superman went into self-imposed exile. Batman rested into LexCorp and stole the kryptonite, planning to use it to battle Superman by building a powered exoskeleton and creating a kryptonite grenade launcher and a kryptonite-tipped spear. Meanwhile, Luthor entered the Kryptonian ship and learned of its functions, as well as recorded alien worlds.
Luthor kidnaped Martha Kent, Clark’s adoptive mother. He revealed that he had manipulated Superman and Batman by fueling their animosity toward each other. Luthor demanded Superman fought and killed Batman in exchange for Martha’s life. Superman tried to reason with Batman, but Batman instigated a fight and ultimately gained the upper hand thanks to the kryptonite grenades. Before Batman could kill Superman with the spear, Superman urged Batman to “save Martha”, whose name was also shared with Wayne’s late mother. Lane arrived and explained the situation, convincing Batman that Superman was not a threat. Upon learning of Luthor’s plan, Batman left to rescue Martha, while Superman confronted Luthor on the scout ship.

3. Resolution

Dalam bagian ini, sedikit demi sedikit, permasalahan dari jalan cerita mengalami titik terang.
Ya.. tak ubahnya seperti Badai yang pasti akan berlalu. begitu pula dengan setiap masalah yang datang dan pasti seiring dengan jalan keluarnya masing-masing apabila kita tetap tenang dan selalu berusaha untuk mencari solusi yang terbaik diantara yang paling baik.
Saya akan melanjutkan kisah cerita di atas dengan menggunakan Resolution yang bertujuan untuk mencari jalan keluar dari semua masalah yang ada. Let’s go!

Revealing her metahuman nature, she joined forces with them to fight the creature. They were soon outmatched by its power, as it could absorb and redirect energy. Realizing that it was also vulnerable to kryptonite, Superman retrieved the kryptonite spear. With Batman and Prince’s help distracting it, Superman impaled the monster. As it dies, the creature stabbed and killed a weakened Superman with one of its bone protrusions.

4. Reorientation
The ending of the story
Bagian ini adalah akhir dari kisah cerita dimana pembaca dapat memahami pesan-pesan yang disampaikan melalui alur dan jalan cerita sebelumnya. Singkat kata, pada bagian ini, sebuah kisah cerita akan berakhir dengan berbagai macam “ending”. Maksudnya dengan adanya Reorientation, pembaca akan dengan mudah mengetahui dan memahami akhir cerita itu. Apakah akhir dari cerita itu sedih/ sad ending, bahagia/ happy ending, atau complicated/ membingungkan.
Saya akan melanjutkan kisah cerita diatas dengan menggunakan Reorientation sebagai bagian terakhir dalam Narrative Text. Karena tujuan dari Reorientation adalah memberikan sebuah kesimpulan tentang akhir dari sebuah kisah cerita.

Clark was also declared dead and Wayne, Lane, Martha, and Prince attended a private funeral for him in Smallville. Martha gave an envelope to Lane which contains an engagement ring from Clark. After the funeral, Wayne revealed to Prince that he planned to form a team of metahumans, starting with the ones from Luthor’s files, to help protected the world in Superman’s absence. After they left, a faint heartbeat echoed from Clark’s coffin and the dirt around it began to levitate.

>>> Reorientation berisi kesimpulan akhir dari kisah cerita.
Grammar of Narrative Text
>> Dalam pembuatan Narrative Text, anda wajib menguasai Grammar yaitu “Past Tense” karena Past Tense adalah menu pokok yang akan anda tulis pada Narrative Text.
Catatan penting: Tidak semua kalimat yang ada dalam Narrative Text adalah Past Tense tetapi 80% Tense ini digunakan di dalam pembuatan Narrative Text.

Bruce Wayne, who had operated in Gotham City as the vigilante “Batman” for nearly two decades, saw Superman as a potential threat to humanity. After learning of Batman’s activities, Superman also viewed him as a threat and looked to stop him via the Daily Planet articles authored by him as Kent. Wayne learned that Russian weapon-trafficker Anatoli Knyazev had been contacting LexCorp’s mogul Lex Luthor. Meanwhile, Luthor tried to convince Senator June Finch to allow him to import kryptonite retrieved from the Indian Ocean following the results of Zod’s terraforming attempt, claiming to use it as a “deterrent” against Kryptonians, but she rejected the request. He also made side dealings with Finch’s subordinate and demands access to Zod’s body and the Kryptonian scout ship.
